Even though the COVID-19 cases in India are waning, the COVID resilience score given by Bloomberg, a New York-based financial and data company, is 55.7.

These are the top 10 countries in COVID resilience ranking list after reopening, by Bloomberg —

Ireland

COVID resilience score: 75.1 | With 90 percent of adults being vaccinated, Ireland retains the top spot for the second time even when COVID-19 cases are still worrisome in the country.

Spain

COVID resilience score: 74.6 | Spain is almost back to pre-COVID level after being severely hit by the delta variant in the summer. The country with 74.6 as their resilience score shows that it handled COVID-19 pandemic really well.

UAE

COVID resilience score: 74.6 | The new infections in October fell to the lowest level in over a year. UAE’s current positivity rate is 0 percent with 45 cases per 1,00,000 people in a month.

Denmark

COVID resilience score: 74.3 | Around 76 percent of people in Denmark are vaccinated against COVID-19. With 1.5 percent as the positivity rate, it shows that the country is on the verge of combatting the COVID-19 pandemic.

Finland

COVID resilience score: 74.2 | The country, which is termed as one of the happiest countries in the world, registered 208 deaths per a million due to COVID-19, has also recently opened up the doors for vaccinated international travellers.

Norway

COVID resilience score: 73.1 | Norway moved up by 4 spots as compared to last month. Nearly 74 percent of people in the country are vaccinated against COVID-19.

COVID resilience score: 71.5 | The country, which went into severe nationwide lockdown thrice due to COVID-19, recorded 1,815 deaths per a million with a positivity rate of 1.2 percent.

Chile

COVID resilience score: 71.4 | Chile, which was one of the worst-hit countries in the world, is finally showing signs of recovery by moving up by 23 spots from last month. The country recorded 166 cases per 1,00,000.

Switzerland

COVID resilience score: 71.3 | Switzerland has moved down by one spot as compared to last month. With 64 percent people in the country being vaccinated, the positivity rate is 5.2 percent.

Netherlands

COVID resilience score: 71.3 | The country also moved down by 7 spots as compared to last month. Nearly 65 percent of people in the Netherlands are vaccinated and recorded 543 COVID-19 cases per 1,00,000.
