The present status of constituencies in Nagaland
The state of Nagaland has been the stronghold of Naga’s People Front for so long. At present this party holds the single Lok Sabha seat in the state and it has consecutively won in the 2009 and 2014 Lok Sabha elections from here. As per the predictions, we might expect the same party to continue to hold the parliamentary seat here. However, the other parties are working vigorously in the state to see if they can have their luck this time.
