We visited LUSH's factory in Poole, the company's biggest in the world, and checked out the "ballistics" department where they make their bath bombs.

The bath bombs are made by mixing different powders containing a base mix of baking soda, citric acid, LUSH fragrance, and colour.

They are all assembled by hand and each creator has a certain style which means that every bath bomb is unique.

The most popular bath bomb that LUSH sells is the "Intergalactic."

We got to see up close the making of "Marmalede" Jelly Bomb, which has grapefruit oil and Brazilian orange oil.

In water, jelly bombs release a goo made from sodium alginate, which comes from a mineral-rich seaweed.

LUSH's factory in Poole has around 800 members of staff. They made over 50 million items here in 2017, around 100,000 a day in busy times.
