Nokia’s reign in India came to an unceremonious end after it refused to recognize the power of Android and soon the rapidly growing Android market marked the end of the feature rich phones of once the world's biggest maker of mobile phones, Nokia. But now it looks like Nokia has woken up from its long slumber and smelled the coffee as it is planning a comeback with brand new Android powered smartphones in February 2017.

Nokia is getting back to doing what it does best that is making phones and it will be through Finnish company HMD that has taken over Nokia’s phone business with an exclusive license for the next 10 years. It is expected that Nokia will launch its smartphones as early as February next year at the Mobile World Congress that takes place in Barcelona. But it’s mammoth task to take on considering the massive popularity of existing Android smartphones in the country.
