Busy basking in the success of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, director Kabir Khan has another reason to be happy. The first look of his upcoming movie Phantom, starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif, has been released and it’s quite intriguing to say the least.

The posters show the actors blindfolded, with the Indian tricolour wrapped over their eyes. In one poster, we see the unforgettable image of the burning Taj hotel after the Mumbai attacks. This links the story to global terrorism and Indo-Pak relations, both hot favourites of the director.

He has explored Indo-Pak relations in his previous movies like Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and the latest release Bajrangi Bhaijaan, while terrorism was the theme of his 2009 movie New York.

The movie has been produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, and is based on bestselling author, Hussain Zaidi’s book Mumbai Avengers.

The first official teaser of the movie would be released tomorrow, while the movie would hit theatres on August 28th. Reportedly, the actors would be portraying secret agents in the movie, and would be seen talking in Kurdish and Arabic languages as well, which they have learned for lending authenticity to their roles. This is the first time that Saif Ali Khan is working with the director, while Katrina Kaif has associated with the director for the third time, after New York and Ek Tha Tiger.
