- Workers at Google think the future looks pretty good at the tech company, according to a new ranking.
- Comparably just published its Best Company Outlook rankings for 2022.
Google ranked at the top of Comparably's latest list: Best Company Outlook for large employers.
People are switching into new jobs at new companies as the Great Resignation has continued on into 2022. According to employees at Google, they see a bright future ahead.
"As recruiting ramps up during this era of The Great Resignation, job seekers are faced with an overwhelming amount of opportunities," Jason Nazar, the CEO of Comparably, told Insider in a statement. "After analyzing millions of ratings on tens of thousands of companies, we identified the top large and small companies that according to workers have the most optimistic outlook for the year ahead."
On the large company list, which ranks firms with more than 500 employees, Microsoft followed behind Google. Cybersecurity company Palo Alto Networks landed the third spot.
"If you look at the large list, the top spots are occupied by companies whose core businesses are shaping the future of our world," Nazar said. "They're at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and AI, and that tends to make team members more excited and confident about the future of their respective businesses."
ADP, Chegg, and TaskUs are other companies that placed among the top 25 based on anonymous employee ratings on Comparably.
