- Rohtas Singh is followed by BJP’s Captain Abhimanyu (₹170 crore) who is contesting for Narnaund Constituency.
- Congress’ Sukhbir Kataria is the third richest candidate with ₹106 crore of total assets.
The Haryana Assembly Elections are all set to begin on 21, October 2019. About 1,169 candidates are fighting for 90 seats.
Rohtas Singh from Jannayak Janta Party is the richest candidate in Haryana contesting for state elections. He has total assets worth ₹325 crore which is more than twice that of the second richest candidate who is BJP’s Captain Abhimanyu (₹170 crore). Abhimanyu is contesting from the Narnaund constituency.
Interestingly, Singh and Abhimanyu are also among the top three candidates with highest liabilities. Rohtas Singh has ₹55 crore liabilities where as Abhimanyu has ₹35 crore of liabilities.
Congress’ Sukhbir Kataria is the third richest candidate with ₹106 crore of total assets.
