Former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton dressed as country singers in 1995.

In 1993, the Clintons dressed up as James and Dolly Madison at a Halloween party hosted at the White House.

Al and Tipper gore dominated Halloween again during their annual party at the Naval Observatory in Washington, DC, in 1998.

They outdid themselves the next year. Al Gore attended his Halloween party as the Underdog, and Tipper Gore dressed as "Polly Purebred" in 1999.

George W. Bush rocked an Al Gore mask during an appearance on former Tonight Show host Jay Leno's Halloween show on October 30, 2000.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio at Gracie Mansion in 2014 dressed in costumes "inspired by Greek mythology."

Then-Vice President Dick Cheney didn't dress up for Halloween in 2007. Instead, he made his dogs Jackson (L) and Dave (R) put on costumes instead.
