As inflation soars, more older people are taking advantage of senior discounts offered at retail stores, restaurants, and more, the Washington Post reports.
Some 50-somethings have taken to TikTok to share that they're cashing in on savings offered by senior discounts.

Offering discounts builds loyalty, one marketing expert told the Post. "When businesses are offering that, it is a feeling of like, 'I'm part of this special group … I'm being recognized and being rewarded.'
