Samsung On A High, As Judge Rejects Apple’s Plea To Ban
Samsung PhonesThe lawsuit that began in 2011 in US, which was imposed by Apple on Samsung refraining the latter from selling 23 models in the country has ended badly for Apple Inc. Reports suggest that The Judge Lucy Koh said Apple has not been able to provide substantial evidence to prove that the Korean smartphone maker has infringed Apple’s patents.

Some of the devices that came under the scanner due to the feud was Samsung Galaxy S2 and Tab 10. These devices have already become outdated and in most parts of the world are not being sold. The verdict came in favour of Samsung and another chapter for the patent war has come to an end.

Samsung has moved on to better and feature rich models of the Galaxy phones such as S4 and S5. Closing the chapter on almost half a decade old phones and tablets is something that was needed by both the companies. With this, we are eager to see what will Apple and Samsung bring to the table. The next version of the iPhone is expected in Sep 2014 and should be one knocker of a phone.
