Virat Kohli hits a 500
Virat Kohli will play his 500th international match today. In his 499 matches, he has scored 25,461 runs – including 75 centuries, the second highest, in the history of cricket.

Sachin Tendulkar
Sachin Tendulkar, popularly known as “master blaster”, played 664 matches for India. He scored 34,357 runs and took 201 wickets for the country. He also scored 100 centuries, becoming the only player to achieve this feat.

Sri Lanka’s Mahela Jayawardene is next on the list, having played 652 matches. He scored 25,957 runs with 54 centuries to his credit.
