The allotment status of Mumbai-based adhesive and sealants manufacturer HP Adhesives’ initial public offering (IPO) will be announced today, December 22.

The company intends to raise ₹126 crore through the public issue, which consists of a fresh issue of ₹113 crore and offer for sale (OfS) of ₹12.53 crore. The grey market premium — premium at which the shares are trading in the grey market — was at ₹58 on December 21.

HP Adhesives manufactures a wide range of products such as solvent cements, silicone sealants, contact adhesives, white glue, plumbing accessories and manhole covers.

The company’s IPO has been oversubscribed by 20 times. The issue reserved for retail investors was subscribed 81 times and the portion for non-institutional investors (NII) was oversubscribed 19 times.

Here is how to check HP Adhesives’ IPO allotment status on stock exchange website:
  • Go to the BSE website or NSE website here.
  • On BSE, Select 'Equity' and then from the dropdown, select 'HP Adhesives’.
  • Now, enter your application number and PAN.
  • Click on 'Search'.
  • Please note the details will only be available once the shares are allotted.
