New Delhi-based Ecos Mobility, a chauffeur-driven car rental service provider is expected to announce the allotment status of its initial public offering (IPO) on Monday, September 2.

The Ecos Mobility IPO opened on August 28 and closed on August 30. The price band for the Ecos Mobility IPO was ₹318 to ₹334 per share.

Ecos Mobility IPO subscription status

On its last day, the Ecos Mobility IPO was subscribed 64.26 times, receiving bids for 80.97 crore equity shares against 1.26 lakh shares on offer.

While the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed 136.85 times, the non-institutional investor's portion was subscribed 71.23 times. The retail portion was subscribed 19.79 times.

Ecos Mobility IPO Grey market premium

The shares of Ecos Mobility are currently commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹160 per share. GMP is the premium at which IPO shares are traded in an unofficial market before they are listed on the stock exchanges.
