Rajasthan-based KRN Heat Exchanger, a manufacturer of fin and tube-type heat exchangers is all set to announce the allotment status of its heavily subscribed initial public offering (IPO) on Monday, September 30.

The KRN Heat Exchanger IPO opened on September 25 and closed on September 27. The price band for the IPO was ₹209 to ₹220 per share.

On the last day, the KRN Heat Exchanger IPO was subscribed 212.20 times, receiving bids for 233.27 crore equity shares against 1.1 crore shares on offer.


While the qualified institutional buyer portion was subscribed 253.04 times, the non-institutional investors portion was subscribed 492.26 times. The retail portion also witnessed excellent participation and was subscribed 94.88 times.

The shares of KRN Heat Exchanger are currently commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹250 per share. GMP is the premium at which IPO shares are traded in an unofficial market before they are listed on the stock exchanges.
