Vijaya Diagnostics
Diagnostics chain Vijaya Diagnostics’ IPO to open on September 1 with a plan to raise ₹1,895 crore through the listing.

Ami Organics
Another IPO launching this week is of Gujarat-based speciality chemicals manufacturer Ami Organics that plans to raise around ₹570 crore through the issue. IPO to open on September 1 and close on September 3.

Arohan Financial Services
Kolkata based microfinance lender might also launch its IPO in September. It looks to raise ₹850 crore through fresh issue and 2.70 crore share sale by existing promoters.

Shri Bajrang Power and Ispat
The integrated steel company’s IPO may also open in September with an issue size of ₹ 700 crore. The company looks to utilise the proceeds from the issue towards paying off some of its debt and for funding incremental working capital requirements.

Penna Cement
The construction material company is looking to raise ₹1,550 crore through the IPO out of which ₹1,300 crore will be through fresh issue and ₹250 crore via offer for sale (OFS).

Paras Defence and Space Technologies
The company looks to raise ₹120 crore through fresh issue of shares along with 17.24 lakh share sale by existing promoters. The private sector company is engaged in designing, manufacturing, developing and testing defence and space engineering products and solutions.

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC
Another IPO that might open reportedly in the near future is of the mutual fund company — Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC. Through the IPO, both the promoters — Aditya Birla Capital and Sun Life (India) AMC will jointly sell a 13.5 percent stake or 3.88 crore shares.
