Xiaomi today announced the launch of the Redmi Note 9, the company’s latest budget offering in its Redmi Note 9 series. The company has earlier launched the Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is similar to the Redmi Note 9 Pro in terms of design. The major difference is in terms of the fingerprint sensor. While the Redmi Note 9 features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, the Redmi Note 9 Pro features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Apart from this, the notch on the Redmi Note 9 has been placed on the left side.
