Indian mobile manufacturer Lava today announced the launch of the Agni 3 5G, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in its Agni series. The device comes with many standout features such as a secondary display, an action button and more.

The Agni 3 5G has been launched as the most affordable device to feature a secondary display. In addition to this, the device also features an action key, that allows you to perform actions such as switching between silent and ringing modes, taking selfies, controlling music and more.


As part of the company’s Agni Mitra service, the company will offer a free replacement at home for Agni 3 users during the one year warranty period.

Lava Agni 3 5G price and availability

The Lava Agni 3 5G is priced starting at ₹20,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant without a charger, ₹22,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant with a charger and ₹24,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB RAM storage variant.

The smartphone is available for pre-order on Amazon and will go on sale from October 9.

The device comes in Pristine Glass and Heather Glass colour options.

Lava Agni 3 5G specifications

The Lava Agni 3 5G runs on Android 14 out of the box. The company has said that the device will get three years of Android updates and four years of security updates.

The Lava Agni 3 5G features a 6.78-inch 1.5K 3D curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1200 nits of peak brightness. It comes with a secondary 1.74-inch AMOLED display at the back that can be used to quickly respond to messages, view notifications, take selfies with the rear camera and more.

The Lava Agni 3 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X chipset. It comes in two variants – 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage.

Coming to the camera department, the Lava Agni 3 5G features a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and an 8MP telephoto camera. On the front, the device sports a 16MP selfie camera.

The Lava Agni 3 5G is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.
