Redmi Note 8 Pro specifications

The Redmi Note 8 Pro is the star of the launch with its 6.53-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display -- and a waterdrop notch on top. Xiaomi seems to be moving away from its slightly un-aesthetic dot notch, which is a welcome decision.

Redmi Note 8 Pro is powered by the newly announced MediaTek Helio G90T gaming chipset that has two Cortex A76 cores and six Cortex A55 cores. Xiaomi said that it has liquid cooling technology that can reduce the temperature by 4 to 6 degrees Celcius.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro comes with a quad camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary camera. It has a Samsung ISOCELL GW1 sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide angle lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro lens.

On the front, the Redmi Note 8 Pro sports a 20-megapixel camera housed in the waterdrop notch.
