Samsung is expected to announce its second generation foldable device, the
Galaxy Fold 2 along with the
Galaxy S20 at its Galaxy Unpacked event on February 11 in San Francisco. The device has been codenamed ‘Bloom’.
A report from
MySmartPrice has revealed that the Galaxy Fold 2 will be powered by the slightly dated Snapdragon 855 chipset. While it is a powerful chipset, it is the same one that powered the original Galaxy Fold. The report also mentions that the device will feature a 10-megapixel selfie camera similar to the Galaxy Note 10.

As mentioned earlier, the Galaxy Fold 2 will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 chipset and the company may not launch an Exynos variant of the device.
Galaxy S20, Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 India production
Tipster Ishaan Agarwal also revealed that Samsung started the production of the Galaxy S20 4G, S20+ 4G, Galaxy A51 and the Galaxy A71. This means that the company will likely not launch the 5G variants of the Galaxy S20 series in India. This was much expected as the 5G infrastructure is not ready in India - and the spectrum is yet to be auctioned by the government.
