Apple to Samsung and many more – smartphones set for launch in 2024

Vivo X100 series

Vivo is expected to launch the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro, the company’s latest flagship smartphones in its X series in India in January 2024. The devices are powered by the Dimensity 9300 chipset and offer up to 120W fast charging.

Samsung Galaxy S24 series

Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S24 series consisting of the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and the Galaxy S24 Ultra in January 2024. Samsung is expected to once again use its Exynos chipset with the Galaxy S24 series in the country.

Apple iPhone 16

Apple expected to launch its flagship iPhone 16 series in September 2024 with slightly larger displays, along with higher brightness due to the use of micro-lens technology.

Google Pixel 9

The Pixel 9 series, consisting of the Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro is expected to launch in October 2024.

OnePlus 12

The OnePlus 12 is scheduled to launch in India on January 23, 2024, making it one of the first premium devices to launch in the country in 2024.

Xiaomi 14

Xiaomi has already announced the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro smartphones in China. While Xiaomi has not confirmed the India launch of its devices, they have received their BIS certification, hinting that the devices will be launched in India.

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 with a better hinge mechanism, improved crease and a slightly larger battery, are expected to launch in 2024.

ROG Phone 8, the gaming smartphone from Asus with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and a large 5,500mAh battery is all set to be unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show.
