OnePlus 13: Expected price and specs
While official pricing hasn’t been confirmed, there have been leaks around the same. A user on X, TechHome, found the OnePlus 13 listed online with a price tag of 4,699 yuan (around Rs 55,440). This marks a 400 yuan increase compared to the launch price of the OnePlus 12. Speculation suggests the final price could be lower, possibly around 4,500 yuan (approximately Rs 53,080), aligning with expectations of a slight price hike for this new flagship.
Coming to the expected specs, the OnePlus 13 could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, featuring advanced Oryon cores for enhanced performance and energy efficiency. This chip, if true, would offer smooth multitasking and an impressive gaming experience. Battery life is another area of focus, with reports hinting at a significant 6,000mAh battery upgrade, capable of lasting longer than previous models.
Another expected feature is its revamped design. The phone reportedly will come with a sleek, curved 6.82-inch 2K LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits.
In terms of camera, the phone might come equipped with three 50MP lenses for wide, ultra-wide, and telephoto shots. The phone is also expected to sport a 32MP front camera for high-quality selfies and video calls.
For gamers, the OnePlus 13 could offer more than just eye-catching hardware. It’s said to be equipped with the second-generation Tiangong cooling system, which is expected to keep the phone cool during high-intensity tasks, thanks to a vapor cooling chamber that spans 9924mm². With enhanced HDR and support for 120FPS in large open-world games, the phone is expected to deliver an excellent gaming experience.
Charging capabilities are also expected to be upgraded. The OnePlus 13 could support 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, and could be powered by a 6,000mAh battery.
