This is how Travis celebrated "The UBER baby's birthday"

Uber CEO Travis Kalanick met the baby who was born in an Uber last December in Delhi, just over a week since his first birthday. He met with the family of the baby and hosted a private birthday celebration for him along with Uber India President Amit Jain. The baby was accompanied by his mother, father, grandparents and cousins for an intimate celebration where Travis announced a scholarship fund of USD 12,000 for baby’s education. This money is meant for his higher education when he turns 18 years of age. Travis also gifted the baby a bunny stuff toy, very similar to what he had as a child.

Post-delivery, the cab driver Shahnawaz Khan jokingly suggested the baby be named after the cab company — a suggested the mother took rather seriously. “I named him after Uber because the baby was born in Uber cab,” Mother told news agencies.

After the baby was born, Khan rushed the mother and child to the hospital, where they were taken to the emergency ward.
