This programme by IIM Bangalore-Aon Hewitt will help in shaping business leaders. Here are the details

In a bid to shape the future of Human Resources (HR) and develop leaders who driver business outcomes through HR, IIM Bangalore and Aon Hewitt have come up with a programme.

A growing need to address the gap in the expectations of business from CHROs and capabilities of candidates in the pipeline, especially those from within HR, is seen.

To shape the future of India’s HR, IIM Bangalore and Aon Hewitt have come out with a programme that will bring together best-in-class academicians and leading business advisors with the aspiration of expanding the talent pool of CHROs in India.

It is a 6-month structured programme which will work in four modules-Prepare for Future Readiness, Connect Business with HR, Drive HR Transformation and Shape your Agenda.

There will be 10 days immersion at the IIM-B campus. The fee is Rs 4,25,000 and is payable in two instalments.
