The stock started the trade at Rs 250 on the NSE, a discount of 13.19 per cent over the issue price of Rs 288. On the BSE, the scrip of the company debuted at Rs 252, down 12.5 per cent against the issue price. In the early trade, the company commanded a market valuation of Rs 1,420.93 crore on the exchange. In the morning session, the 30-share <keyword id="19950208" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="bse-sensex" source="keywords">BSE Sensex</keyword> benchmark jumped 367.10 points to 73,869.74, while <keyword id="19950205" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="nse-nifty" source="keywords">NSE Nifty</keyword> rose 76.05 points to 22,408.70. On March 6, the Rs 423.56 crore <keyword id="19913114" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="initial-public-offering" source="keywords">Initial Public Offering</keyword> (IPO) of RK Swamy got subscribed 25.78 times on the last day of subscription. The IPO had a price range of Rs 270-288 a share. Funds raised through the fresh issue would be used for setting up a digital video content production studio, establishing new customer experience centres and computer-aided telephonic interview centres as well as for general corporate purposes. Also, funds would be utilised for investment in the IT infrastructure development of <keyword id="20762942" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="rk-swamy-ltd" source="keywords">RK Swamy Ltd</keyword> and its subsidiaries <keyword id="19909938" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="hansa-research" source="keywords">Hansa Research</keyword> and Hansa Customer Equity. New Delhi, Integrated marketing services firm <keyword id="20762942" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="rk-swamy-ltd" source="keywords">RK Swamy Ltd</keyword> on Wednesday fixed a price band of Rs 270-288 per share for its a little over Rs 423-crore Initial Public Offering (IPO). The initial share sale will be opened for public subscription during March 4-6 and the bidding for anchor investors will open for a day on March 1, the company said in a statement. The Rs 423.56-crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to Rs 173 crore and an Offer For Sale (<keyword id="19951016" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="ofs" source="keywords">OFS</keyword>) of up to 87 lakh equity shares by selling shareholders worth Rs 250.56 crore at the upper end of the price band. Those offering shares in the OFS are -- <keyword id="20762943" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="srinivasan-k-swamy" source="keywords">Srinivasan K Swamy</keyword>, <keyword id="20762941" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="narasimhan-krishnaswamy" source="keywords">Narasimhan Krishnaswamy</keyword>, Evanston Pioneer Fund LP, and Prem Marketing Ventures LLP. Funds raised through the fresh issue would be used for setting up a digital video content production studio, establishing new customer experience centres and computer-aided telephonic interview centres as well as for general corporate purposes. Also, funds would be utilised for investment in the IT infrastructure development of RK Swamy Ltd and its subsidiaries Hansa Research and Hansa Customer Equity. The company said that investors can bid for a minimum of 50 equity shares and in multiples of 50 equity shares thereafter. RK Swamy Ltd is the largest Indian majority-owned integrated marketing services provider in India, offering a single-window solution for creative, media, data analytics, and market research services. During fiscal 2023, one of India's pioneering advertising agencies RK Swamy released over 818 creative campaigns on behalf of clients across various media outlets, handled over 97.69 terabytes of data, and conducted over 2.37 million consumer interviews across quantitative, qualitative, and telephonic surveys. <keyword id="19951017" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="sbi-capital-markets" source="keywords">SBI Capital Markets</keyword>, IIFL Securities, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are the book-running lead managers to the issue.

Realty firm Godrej Properties on Friday launched a luxury housing project at iconic R K Studios' land in Mumbai. 
 In May last year, the company had announced the acquisition of the land in Chembur to develop mixed-use project comprising luxury flats and retail space.
 Godrej Properties, part of Godrej group, had said that the project spread across 2.2 acre would offer about 3.5 lakh sq ft of saleable area. The company had not disclosed the deal value.
 The company on Friday said it is launching a luxurious residential development at <keyword id="29457" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="RK-Studios">RK Studios</keyword>, Chembur. Godrej Properties did not mention total housing units to be developed and the investments to be made in the project. 
 Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairman, Godrej Properties said, "We are thrilled to launch Godrej RKS at the iconic RK Studios in Chembur. We will seek to ensure we celebrate the remarkable legacy of this site with a landmark development that delivers an outstanding lifestyle for its residents."
 Godrej RKS is strategically located on the main Sion-Trombay Road. 
 Founded by Raj Kapoor in 1948, the studio is witness to the making of several films produced by the Kapoor family over the decades.
 After selling this studio last year, <keyword id="1562" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="randhir-kapoor">Randhir Kapoor</keyword> of R K Studios had said: "This property in Chembur has been of tremendous significance to my family over the many decades that R K Studios has operated from there." "We...have chosen Godrej Properties to script a new chapter for this location and build upon its rich history," said Kapoor, the eldest son of late actor Raj Kapoor.

 On April 1, officials from the Income Tax Department seized ₹110 million from the warehouse of a political worker where it was organised by ward to distribute among workers in Vellore, one of Tamil Nadu’s constituencies.
