Fear and panic gripped people when two high intensity earthquakes struck <keyword id="12266" type="COUNTRY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Nepal">Nepal</keyword> again on Tuesday. The Northern and Eastern part of <keyword id="3658" type="COUNTRY" weightage="20" keywordseo="India">India</keyword> has felt the tremors again at around 12:35 pm. According to reports, the intensity of the quake is believed to be around 7.1 on the <keyword id="2847492" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Richters-scale">Richter's scale</keyword>. As per a Reuters report, the <keyword id="6362774" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="earthquake">earthquake</keyword> has hit 68km away from west of Namche Bazar, a town close to <keyword id="14834" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Mount-Everest">Mount Everest</keyword>. 
 
However, the US Geological Survey, the intensity of the earthquake is estimated to be 7.4 Richter scale and is only 19 km deep. 
 
This was the second earthquake that rattled Nepal and the Northern part of India. Earlier in the day, another earthquake with a magnitude of 6.2 on Richter's scale had rocked the region. Tremors were also felt in Bihar West Bengal, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Sikkim and other parts of India. 
 The epicenter of this earthquake today is reportedly close to the last quake. Four aftershocks were felt following the earthquake- two in Nepal, 1 in Indonesia and 1 in <keyword id="6354541" type="COUNTRY" weightage="20" keywordseo="afghanistan">Afghanistan</keyword>. Overall, there have six major earthquakes have occurred in 45 minutes. 
 
The earthquake has also triggered three landslides in Nepal and has claimed four lives. The landslides have severely injured 12 people. Several passengers at the Kathmandu airport were seen rushing out of the airport. Back home, people were seen evacuating the building and scurrying on the roads. 
 
Following the earthquake that shook the Himalyan country and claimed over 8000 lives, geologists had predicted aftershocks and more tremors in the region. 
 
Currently, three Indian army engineering teams are still there in Nepal while Army choppers are now working to reach the remote parts of the country. The recent tremors are expected to hamper the relief works going on in Nepal massively. 
 
According to sources, an alert notification has been issued by the Indian government for rescue and relief operations in Nepal once again

6.3-magnitude quake strikes Japan, no warning issued for tsunami

Chile jolted with two earthquakes, reports no casualties or damages

An <keyword id="6362774" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="80" keywordseo="earthquake">earthquake</keyword> measuring 7.5 magnitude struck 80 km (50 miles) east of Pokhara in <keyword id="12266" type="COUNTRY" weightage="80" keywordseo="Nepal">Nepal</keyword> on Saturday, about half way between the town and the capital <keyword id="18568" type="COMPANY" weightage="80" keywordseo="kathmandu">Kathmandu</keyword>. Tremors have been felt right across the entire northern Indian belt, from Rajasthan to the states in the north east. The quake was 31 km (19 miles) deep. 
 
This is the second largest earthquake to rock the region since 1934, when an earthquake measuring over 8 on the Richter scale, nearly wiped out the entire area. Though slightly lesser in magnitude, today’s earthquake, given it is continental in nature, is expected to create widespread devastation in and around the epicentre. 
 So strong has been its impact, that several strong after shocks have been felt even as far as <keyword id="66" type="COMPANY" weightage="80" keywordseo="Delhi">Delhi</keyword> NCR since then. The impact in Delhi around the first earthquake was around 5 on the richter scale. The aftershock that followed the massive earthquake measured 6.6 on the richter scale at the epicentre in Nepal. Several pictures from Kathmandu showing damaged and destroyed buildings have already started pouring in. 
 
The Indian Meteorological Department has issued an alert for the entire region that has felt the tremors in India including the national capital region, stating people to stay away from concrete structures once aftershocks begin, given an earthquake of this magnitude has the power of damaging even the strongest of buildings. 
 
What is a big cause of concern however is the level of preparedness that one can expect in the national capital region, given it falls in Earthquake Zone 4, or the second most dangerous geographical zone for earthquakes in India, followed only by the entire Himalayan belt, which is the most earthquake prone area in India (Zone 5).

We've tried out a Tesla equipped with Autopilot, for example, and have enjoyed advanced cruise-control features in a variety of cars.As a result, many experts now think that autonomous vehicles may be with us sooner rather than later. But fully autonomous vehicles could still take a while.To understand why, it's helpful to know how researchers and car makers define autonomous driving. They often speak of four levels:<ul><li>Level 1 entails features such traction control, where the car's computer steps in to correct problems without the driver taking action.</li><li>Level 2 is advanced cruise control. At the upper reaches, as with Tesla's autopilot, you can take your hands off the wheel for extended periods of time.</li><li>Level 3 means that the car wants a driver to take control only in an emergency.</li><li>Level 4 means that there is no driver - the car does everything itself.</li></ul>But it's important to understand why there isn't a smooth and predictable ascent from 1 to 4.It's a bit like the Richter scale for earthquakes. I spent 10 years living in Southern California, where earthquakes are so common that people are pretty blasé about them - although everyone is well aware that the "Big One" could hit at any time.For example, a quake that registers 4-5 on the Richter scale isn't a big deal. This is all because it’s located near the boundary of the Indian plate and the Burmese microplate marked by the Andaman Trench. The north-east end of Port Blair is also home to the only volcanoes in India — the Barren Island Volcano and Narcondam.

The temblor occurred at 6.09 p.m. (local time), with its <keyword id="6610620" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="epicentre">epicentre</keyword> located at a latitude of 38.4 <keyword id="58606" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Degrees">degrees</keyword> north and a longitude of 141.7 degrees east, and at the depth of 60 km, reports Xinhua news agency. There were no immediate reports of damages or casualties.
