<keyword id="19895799" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="australia" source="keywords">Australia</keyword> named a 13-player squad for a two-match Test series against the West Indies, kicking off on January 17.<br /><br />Australia also named a 13-player squad with <keyword id="19942563" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="steve-smith" source="keywords">Steve Smith</keyword> as the skipper of the Baggy Greens.<br /><br />Young all-rounder <keyword id="19999898" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="cameron-green" source="keywords">Cameron Green</keyword> has found his way back to the Test squad, while <keyword id="20133433" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="matthew-renshaw" source="keywords">Matthew Renshaw</keyword> has also been added to the mix as a possible cover for David Warner, who recently retired from red-ball format.<br /><br />Renshaw was given a nod to be included in the Test squad ahead of the likes of Marcus Harris and Cameron Bancroft.<br /><br />Ahead of the first Test, Chair of Selectors George Bailey confirmed Green would feature in the playing XI. <br /><br />Bailey also confirmed that Renshaw (Brisbane Heat) and <keyword id="19948028" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="scott-boland" source="keywords">Scott Boland</keyword> (Melbourne Stars) will play for their respective Big Bash League franchises before joining the squad for the first Test. <br /><br />"Cameron Green will come into the playing XI for the Test in Adelaide in a squad also containing Scott Boland and Matthew Renshaw," Bailey said, as quoted from cricket.com.au<br /><br />"We have selected a team we believe contains the best six batters in the country. The guys are in good form, pushing for a spot and doing really well, and it is tough to leave some out," <keyword id="714" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="rohit" source="Orion">Rohit</keyword> Sharma said in a pre-match press conference in Nagpur. <br /><br />Rohit said that it is a good sign that players are performing well and all options are open as different pitches need different skill sets.<br /><br />"But it is a good sign overall that all the guys are performing well and in with a chance for selection. But we will see the conditions and pick teams accordingly. Different pitches would need different skillset. The message is clear, we would take horses for course and all options are open," said the India captain.<br /><br />One of the big selection discussions surrounding the India team will be if and where Shubman Gill plays in the batting order. The youngster has been in superb form in white-ball cricket and scored an excellent century in Bangladesh in the first Test of that series in December.<br /><br />There are claims that the hosts in India prepare a wicket that overwhelmingly favours them each time a Test series is played there. Just one day before the India-Australia Border-Gavaskar series kicks off in Nagpur, a few Australian "experts" have accused India of "doctoring" the field to favour their team, clearing the air on this, the Indian captain said, "Just focus on cricket and not the pitch. After all the 22 guys out there are all quality players."<br /><br />"We have four solid test matches to play in the BGT and we would want to win the series. It is going to be a challenging series and we have to be up for it. Preparation is the key. If you prepare well, you get results," Rohit added.<br /><br />India's captain suggested that the Indian camp is expecting spinning conditions, and the skipper of both teams could try different things and change bowlers accordingly. <br /><br />"It is important to have a plan and figure a way. Everyone has a different method. Some like to sweep some reverse some hitting over the bowler. You need to rotate strike and sometimes you need to counterattack. The captains would obviously try different things and change fields and bowlers. In the email, Everson said that while she respected "feelings" against Breitbart, "publishers whose content you may disagree with may be allowed to continue within the Audience Network."</p><p>Since 2014, <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/what-is-facebook-audience-network-and-why-does-it-matter-2016-2">Facebook's Audience Network</a> has allowed the company to show ads on other sites and apps around the web in a way that's similar to Google's ad business. Facebook has made billions of dollars from ads shown through the Audience Network to date.</p><p>Since late last year, calls to blacklist Breitbart from ad networks have been rallied by the anonymous Sleeping Giants group, which shared the recent email from Facebook's Everson acknowledging the complaints with Business Insider:</p><p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image"><img src="https://static-ssl.businessinsider.com/image/59fb49e14d05ac0b3b8b51c4-960/2316791919540090181750712336531974451848974n.png" alt="23167919_1954009018175071_2336531974451848974_n" data-mce-source="Sleeping Giants" data-link="https://www.facebook.com/slpnggiants/posts/1953947838181189" /><p class="source"><span><a href="https://www.facebook.com/slpnggiants/posts/1953947838181189">Sleeping Giants</a></span></p><p class="caption">An email from Facebook's VP of global marketing solutions, Carolyn Everson, that was sent to people calling for Facebook to block Breitbart from its ad business.</p></div><p></p></div></div></p><p>Advertisers first began clamoring for ad giants like Google and Facebook to block Breitbart <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/agencies-and-advertisers-are-asking-ad-tech-vendors-to-blacklist-breitbart-2016-12">in December 2016</a>, shortly after one of the world's largest ad exchanges, AppNexus, <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/appnexus-ceo-brian-okelley-blacklisted-breitbart-after-four-hours-of-deliberation-2017-5">blacklisted the site</a>. <span>Due to the nature of so-called programmatic <keyword id="35666" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="advertising">advertising</keyword>, brands run the risk of their ads being shown next to content they don't want to be associated with unless they elect to blacklist certain sites from their campaigns.</span></p><p><span>By February 2017, </span><a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/breitbart-loses-1000-advertisers-2017-2">more than 1,000 advertisers had pulled their ads</a><span> from Breitbart, which is now led by Trump's ex-chief strategist Steve Bannon and employs the far-right provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos.</span></p><p>Breitbart opponents like Sleeping Giants contend that stories and reader comments on the site qualify as hate speech under Facebook's <a href="https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards#hate-speech">community standards</a>, which prohibit organizations that discriminate or encourage discrimination against people based on attributes like sex, religion, and ethnicity.</p><h2>Breitbart is a "litmus test"</h2><p>In <a href="https://www.facebook.com/slpnggiants/photos/a.1801761530066488.1073741828.1799342366975071/1954009018175071/?type=3&amp;fref=mentions">a post shared Wednesday</a> with its 40,000 Facebook followers, Sleeping Giants called Breitbart a "litmus test" for Facebook's "brand safety measures" and policy enforcement.</p><p>"Advertisers who participate in Audience Network have control over where their ads appear," Brian Boland, Facebook's vice president of publisher solutions said in a statement shared with Business Insider. "If they don't want their ads to appear on a specific site or app, that's their choice and they can block them."</p><p>"We also have Community Standards and policies that publishers must follow to participate in Audience Network," said Boland. "We're reviewing the complaints we received. If publishers don't meet our standards, we can revoke their participation."</p><p>A spokesperson for Breitbart didn't respond to a request for comment by publishing time.
