Uber has picked Expedia CEO Dara Khosrowshahi to be its new CEO

Expedia CEO Dara Khosrowshahi has been selected to be the CEO of Uber by the ride-hailing giant's board, as first reported by Recode's Kara Swisher on Sunday.
Khosrowshahi's appointment comes after embattled Uber cofounder Travis Kalanick was ousted from the world's most valuable private company in June.
