The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today, has declared the result for the civil service examination 2019. A total of 829 candidates have been recommended for various posts including IAS, IPS, IFS among others. Out of the 829 candidates, 304 are from general category, 78 from EWS, 251 from OBC, 129 from SC, and 67 from ST category.
Pradeep Singh has topped the exam followed by Jatin Kishore and Pratibha Verma.
How to check UPSC results:
- Visit the official website at upsc.gov.in
- Select the section “Final Results: Civil Services Examinations,2019”
- Enter your roll number.
- You will be able to access your UPSC Civil Services Examination 2019 result on the screen.
Out of the top 25 students, 13 are male while 12 are female. Pratibha Verma topped among female candidates and grabbed third rank overall. UPSC has also withheld the result of 11 candidates. While the result of 66 recommended candidates is provisional.
