Jessica Hart - who has strutted the runway at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show - shared some of her secrets with StyleCaster.
She even divulged parts of her diet regimen.
On the day she spoke with StyleCaster, she said that she consumed "hot water with lemon, fresh grapefruit juice, organic granola, yogurt, fruit, and coffee with milk" for breakfast.
For lunch, she had chicken paillard.
She ate almonds for a snack.
She also shared some of her health-food staples - and none of them require a fancy chef or an unlimited supply of cash.
She said her go-to healthy drink is water, and her go-to healthy meal is what she called a "classic salad."
Her favorite healthy snack is "celery and carrots with hummus."
She told the website she keeps her kitchen stocked with olive oil, eggs, and hot sauce - which can definitely make for an easy, high-protein breakfast.
She didn't divulge all of her workout secrets, but she said that she prefers "to keep mixing it up."
This is a common practice for models. Supermodel Molly Sims explained to Glamour that mixing up one's workout routine is the way to avoid fitness plateaus. It's also a great way to avoid getting bored.
Hart did admit her guilty pleasures: pizza and pasta. In fact, her Instagram account proves that's true:
