Julie Ordon and David Mimran are also accused of not paying the $32,000 rent for two months and underpaying for the six months before that, reports The New York Daily News.

The leasing company, Allerand LLC, alleged "unspeakable damage" to the furnished West Village unit in court papers filed with Manhattan Supreme Court.

"They left a handmade Napalese carpet in the dining room torn and stained after using it as a base for a cordoned off play area for their children," The Daily News writes, citing the landlord's attorney. "He said the silk covered Art Deco dining chairs also were stained and nicked."

The couple is even accused of gluing plastic devices to the corners of antique tables to protect their small children.

The landlord is seeking about $420,000 in damages.

Ordon and Mimran didn't respond to The Daily News' request for comment.

In addition to appearing in Victoria's Secret catalogs, Ordon has appeared in Sports Illustrated's swimsuit issue and Chanel ads.
