The Baltimore Ravens came up with their first win of the season as the Steelers floundered down the stretch in a big division-rivalry game.

The Ravens might have paid a short-term price, though, as wide receiver Steve Smith was taken out of the game with a back injury after a brutal tackle late in the game:

Smith, one of the tougher receivers in the NFL, was clearly shaken up after:

After the game, while speaking to reporters, Smith went off on the tackle. He said Steelers safety and former teammate, Mike Mitchell, speared him and said "How do you like that?" afterward. Smith said short of threatening to beat him up, he would only say that he was looking forward to playing him again and that Mitchell was now on his "lifetime hit list."

The only problem, as ESPN's Jamison Hensley notes, is that Smith got the wrong guy. Upon review, Mitchell wasn't even involved in the play, and instead, the tackle was made by linebacker Lawrence Timmons.

It's unclear whether anyone ever corrected Smith, but surely, it doesn't change Smith's stance toward wanting to face the Steelers again and enact his revenge.
