Top selling cars in India in February 2024

Maruti Suzuki WagonR

The Maruti Suzuki WagonR, one of the company’s most popular cars, has emerged as the country’s top selling car in February 2024, with 19,412 cars sold during the month, up from 16,889 cars in February 2023.

Tata Punch

The Tata Punch, an affordable SUV from Tata Motors is on the second position with 18,438 cars sold in February 2024, up from 11,169 cars sold in February 2023, an increase of 65 percent.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno

The Maruti Suzuki Baleno has reported a small year-on-year decline in sales. The company sold 17,517 cars in February 2024, down from 18,592 cars sold in February 2023, a 6 percent year-on-year decline.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire

The Maruti Suzuki Dzire has also reported a small decline in sales year-on-year. The car’s sales decreased to 15,837 units in February 2024 from 16,798 in February 2023, a 6 percent decrease.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza is next on the list with 15,765 cars sold in February 2024, down from 15,787 cars sold in February 2023.

The next car on the list is the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. The company sold 15,519 cars in February 2024, up from 6,472 cars sold in February 2023, a 140 percent year-on-year increase.

Hyundai Creta, a popular SUV, is seventh on the list. Hyundai sold 15,276 units of Creta in February 2024, up from 10,421 units sold in February 2023.

Mahindra Scorpio

The Mahindra Scorpio SUV is the eight most selling car, with 15,051 units sold in February 2024, up from 6,950 vehicles sold in February 2023, an increase of 117 percent.

The Tata Nexon is next on the list, with 14,395 vehicles sold in February 2024, up from 13,914 vehicles sold in February 2023.
