Good morning! Here's the tech news you need to know this Tuesday.

1. Gawker founder Nick Denton is filing for personal bankruptcy. The media entrepreneur and his company have been targeted in a decade-long legal war by billionaire investor Peter Thiel.

2. Tablet sales have declined year-on-year for seven straight quarters, VentureBeat reports. That's according to new data from research firm IDC.

3. Theranos presented in front of thousands of scientists, but some big questions remain. It focused on new technology including the "Theranos Virtual Analyzer" and the "Theranos Sample Processing Unit."

4. Apple has got exclusive rights to one of the key albums of the summer. Frank Ocean's new album will only be available on Apple Music.

10. Samsung is launching its new flagship smartphone today. The Note 7 will have a suite of new features that utilise its stylus, according to TrustedReviews.
