Xiaomi teased the launch of its flagship 12 Pro just before the
launch of the OnePlus 10 Pro. Xiaomi’s Global VP, Manu Kumar Jain tweeted the announcement teaser that hints at an April launch of the smartphone.
The company has already launched 12 Pro in China last year December along with Xiaomi 12X and Xiaomi 12. In China starting price of Xiaomi 12 Pro is CNY 4,699 (approx. βΉ55,100) for the 8GB + 128GB variant. Top-of-the-line variant 12GB + 256GB costs around CNY 5,399 (approx. βΉ63,300).
We’re not sure whether the Xiaomi 12 Pro will debut solo or it will arrive with the other devices from the 12-series. What we can guess is that it might launch on April 12 as the table calendar shown in the image shared by Jain has the date marked in it and the launch time also seems to be 12 PM as the clock in the picture depicts the same.

The display also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+. It runs Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset.
In terms of optics, it has with 50MP Sony IMX707 sensor with OIS as the main camera and another 50MP ultrawide camera and 50MP portrait camera. For selfies, it has a punch-hole cutout with a 32MP camera.
It is powered by a 4600mAh battery and 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. With Boost Mode 12 Pro is claimed to be charged to 100 percent in just 18 minutes and 100 percent in 24 minutes with standard mode.
The rest of the Xiaomi 12 Pro's highlights are NFC, stereo speakers, 5G connectivity, and an in-display fingerprint reader. In addition, Xiaomi 12 Pro is equipped with a four-unit speaker system with Harman Kardon tuning.
