BGMI release date announced: Available to Android users for download starting today

• Starting today, the game will be available to preload on Google Play store for All Android users; playable from May 29th.
• iOS users can download and play from May 29th.

Announcing the update on BGMI, Krafton Inc said that “India’s most loved battle royale title is available to preload from today, 27th May for ALL Android users." The game will be playable from May 29 onwards. iOS users can download and play starting from the same date.

Some users have already received an automatic update as part of the preload process. Krafton plans to stagger the availability and playability to ensure uninterrupted gameplay. The company encourages players to dive into action-packed battles and demonstrate their skills. The Indian government lifted the ban on BGMI earlier this month after Krafton's commitment to comply with local laws.

The new update will bring a fresh map, in-game events, and more. Alongside the game's availability, Krafton launched the marketing campaign 'India Ki Heartbeat' that showcases gamers' stories, emphasizing the emotional connection to BGMI.
