  • Elizabeth Herbst-Brady, Snap's head of global strategic partnerships, is leaving the company.
  • Herbst-Brady's departure comes a little more than two months after Kristen O'Hara, Snap's VP of global business solutions, left the company.
  • Herbst-Brady is the latest in a string of executives to leave Snap in recent months.

Elizabeth Herbst-Brady, Snap's head of global strategic partnerships, is leaving the company after two years, Business Insider has learned.

She previously served as head of New York ad sales for the company. Before joining Snap, she was EVP of ad sales strategy at Viacom.

A Snap spokesperson confirmed the news to Business Insider, but Herbst-Brady was not immediately available for comment.

Herbst-Brady's departure comes a little more than two months after fellow sales executive Kristen O'Hara, Snap's VP of global business solutions, left the company, when CEO Evan Spiegel elevated her to the role of chief business officer, then rescinded it two days later.

Instead, Spiegel hired Jeremi Gorman, previously head of global advertising sales at Amazon.com, as Snap's new chief business officer.

The switch caused ripples in Snap's sales division and has eroded trust in Spiegel's decision-making, according to people familiar with the matter.

Herbst-Brady is the latest in a string of executives to leave Snap in recent months, as the company contends with large financial losses, a plunging stock price, and a declining user base. Imran Khan, who had served as Spiegel's top lieutenant as Snap's chief strategy officer, left the company in September.

Departures before that include Mary Ritti, VP of communications; Drew Vollero, chief financial officer; Jeff Lucas, former head of sales; and Tom Conrad, who lead the product team.
