OYO’s Ritesh Agarwal took home ₹1.6 crore in FY2021 — here are the top earners in the IPO-bound company — SoftBank-backed hotel and hospitality giant OYO has filed the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to raise $1.2 billion though its initial public offering (IPO). The company aims to raise $942 million through sale of new shares and $192 through sale of secondary issue.

Here are the key managerial personnel and how much they earned in FY2021, excluding stock options (ESOPs):

Ritesh Aggarwal

Ritesh Aggarwal — OYO
Designation: Founder and chairperson at OYO
Ritesh Agarwal founded OYO in 2012. He was appointed as the global chief executive officer (CEO) of OYO Singapore in 2019, which entitles him to a gross remuneration of ₹1.06 crore. This is in addition to perquisites for subsistence such as accommodation, provision for vehicles, domestic help and others. His annual salary was raised by an additional sum of ₹4.45 crore by OYO Singapore with effect from January 1, 2021.

Abhishek Gupta
