50 Cent is suing a Florida med spa owner — hip-hop mogul says she used his photos to promote penile enhancement

A South Florida business owner has been hit with a lawsuit from 50 Cent after the rapper claimed she used a photo of him to promote medical services via social media.

The rap mogul says he posed with Angela Kogan, owner of Florida-based Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa, for a photo in February 2020 because he thought she was a fan, TMZ reported Friday.

In the caption of the now-deleted post, Kogan thanked the star — real name Curtis Jackson III — for "stopping by," the report says. Three days later, she posted the photo to her personal Instagram account with the same caption.

Although the amount of times she posted the photo is unclear, 50 Cent alleges in the suit that his photo smiling with Kogan has been used to promote her plastic surgery clinics, TMZ reports.

Kogan owns two medical spas in the US and has dubbed them the "number one celebrity med spa," according to the business's social media.

In August, Kogan was interviewed about the increased popularity of penis enhancement surgery — a service offered by her clinics — in a since-deleted article published by The Shade Room.

According to a report by Complex Magazine, the article used the photo of Kogan and 50 Cent from 2020 and listed him as one of her celebrity clients.

He's now seeking monetary damages for the use of the picture, which he claims hurt his reputation, and is asking the company to stop using his photos in the future, according to XXL.

The star commented on the lawsuit in a Saturday post to his Instagram.

"What away to put (yourself) out of business," Jackson said in the post.
