Photographers capture the moment David emerged from Oswald's — a private members club in London — with Victoria on his back in the wee hours of Sunday morning.
The couple, who married in 1999, appeared to leave alongside their four children: Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 19, and 12-year-old Harper.
Victoria shared a photo of her family's birthday outfits on Instagram, writing, "Can't wait to celebrate with my friends and family! I love you all so much."
