Reset your mood with these feel-good movies live on Disney+ Hotstar from April 3

  • Disney+Hotstar is all set to go live in India.
  • Walt Disney is conducting a live red carpet premiere of The Lion King at 6pm on April 6.
  • From April 3, people will be able to stream all the Disney original, HBO shows, Fox shows on the platform.

In times of despair, one needs hope and the best source for fairy tale-like endings is Disney. The streaming service Disney+ is going live on Hotstar today, to entertain the many Indians who are either stuck or working from here.

Frozen II

Elsa — who has the power to create snow with a touch — is curious about how she got the powers. Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven embark on a journey to an ancient enchanted forest to find out the origin and face another trouble. Bollywood sisters Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra have voiced Elsa and Anna in the Hindi version.


The Lion King

Jon Favreau, the director of the movie has recreated the famous animated movie of the 90s, to tell the story of Simba and Mufasa. Only, his version has photo-realistic, and computer-generated. Simba, a newly born heir to the throne, is exiled from the kingdom after his father Mustafa's brother plays a dirty trick. After the murder of his father, Simba will now have to look how to get back to the kingdom and take back the throne.

The Mandalorian
