Noam Wasserman has studied 10,000 founders from 3,500 startups to figure out what makes some companies successful - and others less so.

On Thursday, December 12, at 1 pm ET, Wasserman will share what he's learned in a live interactive event with Business Insider.

Wasserman's books include "$4" (2012) and "$4" (2018). He previously taught at Harvard Business School and was the founding director of the Founder Central initiative at the University of Southern California. Now $4 at Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business.
