What a feat. TCS is now the US’ top employer, for the 2nd straight row

Owing to innovative HR practices and exceptional employee offerings, Tata Consultancy Services was ranked as the top employer in the United States for the second consecutive year.

An employer certification agency, Top Employers Institute, recognised TCS as an exceptional performer across nine categories, including talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, etc.

"This award further demonstrates our deep commitment to attracting and retaining the best people by creating innovative practices and programs to ensure their success, which in turn benefits our customers," TCS President of North America, UK and Europe Sury Kant said.

Apart from TCS, other top employers in the US included names such as BSH Home Appliances Corporation, Chiesi USA Inc, DHL, Dimension Data, Faurecia USA Holdings Inc, JT International USA, Orange Business Services, Saint Gobain, Technip North America and Valeo USA.
