To begin with, Zuckerberg has revealed that WhatsApp Business will soon offer a paid messaging service to users that will allow business owners to automate the process of sending personalised messages to their customers.
The feature will basically allow business owners to create a custom message that can be sent with a single click to multiple customers – with their name in it – without having to customise it separately for each customer. The messages can be sent instantly or scheduled as per the user’s preference.
The company has not revealed the exact pricing of this feature yet.
