Coca Cola, one of the most popular beverage companies, may soon enter a new industry in India, which may surprise you. The company is reportedly planning on launching a smartphone in India soon.
According to a tweet by popular tipster Mukul Sharma, Coca Cola is set to launch its smartphone in India this quarter. The company is reportedly collaborating with a smartphone maker to launch this smartphone.
The image shared by the tipster showcases a smartphone with a red back with Coca Cola branding in two places – a small branding at the bottom left corner and a prominent branding that covers the entire right side.
Looking at the rear camera module, the device looks identical to the Realme 10 smartphone that was launched earlier this month. While the two companies have not revealed anything, this may just be a collaboration between the two companies to launch a Coca Cola-themed smartphone and not an actual smartphone from Coca Cola.
The Realme 10 runs on Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0. We get a Coca Cola theme with the device. It features a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device features a dual camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP portrait camera. It features a 16MP selfie camera.
The device is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charge support. It is to be noted that it is a 4G smartphone and does not offer 5G connectivity, which may be a deal breaker for many, considering how fast Jio and Airtel have been in rolling out 5G services across the country.
