OnePlus has scheduled its “More Power to You” event on April 28 and is scheduled to launch the OnePlus 10R 5G and the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G at the event. The company is also expected to announce the $4 at the event.

The OnePlus 10R 5G is the successor of the OnePlus 9R and comes with several improvements over its predecessor. OnePlus is expected to launch the OnePlus Ace, a device similar to the Realme GT Neo 3 in China on April 21. The OnePlus Ace will reportedly debut as the OnePlus 10R 5G in India.

The OnePlus 10R 5G is scheduled to launch on April 28. We expect the device to be available soon after the launch. According to a MySmartPrice $4, the OnePlus 10R 5G will be available in Arctic Glow, Green, and Sierra Black colour options.
OnePlus may remove the alert slider
OnePlus may be going a step backwards with the OnePlus 10R 5G as the device will reportedly not feature an alert slider. The alert slider allows the user to easily change the notification settings.

The OnePlus 10R 5G is expected to feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ E4 AMOLED display with a punch-hole notch in the centre for the selfie camera.


The OnePlus 10R 5G is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset. The device will offer up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

This will make it the first flagship device from the company to come without a Snapdragon chipset. Earlier, it was expected that the $4 may become the first OnePlus flagship to feature a MediaTek chipset.

The OnePlus 10R 5G is expected to feature a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, the device sports a 16MP selfie camera.

The OnePlus 10R 5G is expected to be powered by a 4,500mAh battery and offer 150W fast charging support, making it the fastest charging solution from the company. The device can be fully charged in just 17 minutes. The 150W fast charging solution is expected to be available only for selected variants and the base model is expected to offer 80W fast charging.
