Poco X6 Neo 5G with 108MP camera, 5,000mAh battery launched in India starting at ₹15,999

Chinese smartphone maker Poco on Wednesday announced the launch of its latest budget smartphone in its X series, dubbed the Poco X6 Neo 5G. The smartphone is a rebadged version of the Redmi Note 13R Pro 5G that was launched in China in 2023.

The Poco X6 Neo 5G has been launched in the under ₹20,000 segment and will take on the likes of the iQOO Z9 5G, Realme 12 5G and more. The Poco X6 Neo is the third smartphone in the company’s X6 series, which includes Poco X6 and Poco X6 Pro.

Poco X6 Neo 5G price in India

The Poco X6 Neo 5G is priced at ₹15,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant and ₹17,999 for the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage variant. The device will go on sale starting today on Flipkart and will be available in Astral Black, Horizon Blue and Martian Orange colour options.

Poco X6 Neo 5G specifications

The Poco X6 Neo 5G runs on Android 13 with the MIUI 14 out of the box. The device will get two years of Android updates and four years of security patches. This means the phone will only get updates till Android 15, which will come out next year.

The smartphone features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1000 nits peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The Poco X6 Neo 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chipset. In terms of memory, the device is available in two variants – 8GB RAM with 128GB of internal storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB of internal storage. The storage can be further expanded using a microSD card.

Coming to the optics, the Poco X6 Neo 5G features a dual camera setup at the back, consisting of a 108MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the device sports a 16MP selfie camera.

The smartphone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. It is also IP54-rated for water and dust resistance.
