Realme GT2 Pro flagship smartphone launched in India, alongside Buds Air 3, new Realme Prime Book laptop and more

Realme India has finally announced its much-awaited flagship smartphone the GT2 Pro in India. The company has also unveiled Realme Buds Air 3 TWS earbuds, Realme Book Prime laptop, Realme Smart TV Stick, and Realme 9 4G smartphone alongside the GT 2 Pro.

Realme GT2 Pro price in India and availability
The Realme GT 2 Pro is available at a starting price of ₹49,999 for the 8GB RAM variant that packs in 128GB of storage. There is another variant offered at a price of ₹57,999 that packs in 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Realme GT2 Pro comes in 3 colour options- Paper White, Paper Green, and Steel Black. It is available on Flipkart and Realme India’s own official website.

Specifications and features
The Realme GT2 Pro features a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED flat display with LTPO 2.0 technology. With an adaptive refresh rate ranging between 1-120 Hz, it promises to deliver a smooth user experience while saving upto 50% energy. With a peak brightness of 1400 nits, this in Realme’s own words is greater than any screen they have ever used on a device.

The GT2 Pro’s display also supports a 1000Hz Turbocharged touch sampling rate which will improve your gaming experience. There is also an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The phone is powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset which is paired with up to 12GB of RAM, with up to 256GB of storage. The GT2 Pro features a 5000mAh cell that supports 65W SuperDart charging.

On the software front, Realme GT2 Pro comes with Android 12 with a heavily-customised Realme UI 3.0 skin on top.

The Realme GT2 Pro sports a triple camera setup on the back, with a 50MP primary camera with the Sony IMX766 sensor, with OIS and EIS support.

Complementing the primary camera is a 50MP ultrawide lens, featuring the fancy-looking fish-eye mode. Completing the setup is a 3MP microscope lens that enables 40X magnification. On the front, it offer a 32MP camera sensor for selfies with HDR support.

Realme Book Prime

With Realme Book Prime, the company has launched the second laptop in India but at a slightly premium price. Under the hood, the laptop has 11th gen Intel Core i5-11320H quad-core processor, paired with the Intel X Graphics. It sports 14-inch IPS LCD display with a maximum resolution of 2160 x 1440p and a 2K Full Vision display. In terms of design, the Realme Book Prime comes in an aluminum chassis and weighs 1.37kg with a 14.9mm profile. It comes with 16GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB of NVMe SSD and a dual-fan cooling system.

Coming to the battery, it comes with a 54Wh battery with 65W charging via a USB Type-C port. Realme claims that the laptop offers a battery life of 12 hours. For connectivity, it has Thunderbolt 4, WiFi 6, 3.5mm jack, USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, and USB-A 3.1 Gen 1 port.

It also has dual stereo speaker tuned by Harman Kardon with DTS Surround Sound. It is available in Real Blue, Real Green, and Real Grey colour options. The Realme Book Prime has a price tag of ₹64,999 and will be available to buy from Flipkart and Realme’s official online store starting from April 13.

Realme Buds Air 3

The Realme Buds Air 3 has already made its debut in the global market along with Realme GT Neo 3. The Air 3 will be available in Starry Blue, and Galaxy white colour options. The company claims that it can last up to 30 hour with a full charge.

Coming to the price and availability, it is priced at ₹3,999 in India. The Realme Buds Air 3 is available on Flipkart and Realme’s official store.

Realme Smart TV Stick

Realme has also introduced a Smart TV Stick that supports full HD resolution. It runs on Android 11 and supports Google TV. It is powered by an ARM Cortex A35 processor and has 1GB of RAM along with 8GB of internal storage. The company has set the price at ₹2999.

It is packed with a quad-core ARM Cortex A35 processor, paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. It will also support HDMI 2.0 and HDR10+ technology. The Smart TV Stick is priced at ₹2999 and will go on sale by 12PM on 13 April.

Realme 9 4G specifications

The Realme 9 4G is the only 4G version of the Realme 9 5G which has made its debut a few months back. It is equipped with a triple camera setup and punch hole cut out with a 108MP primary camera. It is priced at ₹17,999 for the 6GB+128GB model and ₹18,999 for the 8GB+128GB option. The sale will go live on 12 April by 12 noon.
