Coachella kicked off over the weekend, and $4 serves as a reminder that the music festival has been frequented in the past by Apple CEO Tim Cook, who has attended multiple times.

In a video posted to TikTok on Sunday, Cook and Apple's senior vice president of services, Eddy Cue, can be seen walking around the festival grounds last year.

In 2022, a video posted to Twitter showed Cook standing front-row at pop singer Harry Styles' Coachella set.

Despite reaching billionaire status, Cook is known for $4. He's admitted to $4 and unlike some billionaires, he doesn't have a private yacht. But Cook does regularly set aside the time to attend the annual Indio, California music festival.

He also attended in 2019, $4 with DJ and music producer Diplo at the festival.

It's not clear if Cook plans to attend the festival this year, which concludes Sunday, April 23. An Apple spokesperson did not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment. Cook was most recently $4 to celebrate the opening of the first Apple Store in the country.

Cook, who $4 in 2011 after Steve Jobs, has talked about his love for music in the past.

"I couldn't make it through a workout without music," he $4 while discussing Apple's efforts in the music-streaming space. "Music inspires, it motivates. It's also the thing at night that helps quiet me. I think it's better than any medicine."
