Mukesh Ambani's Antilia — The chairman of Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani is the richest Indian alive and lives in the world's most expensive home – Antilia. The luxurious mansion in Mumbai's Tony Altamount Road houses his wife and three children. The 400,000 square foot $1 billion home is 27 stories high and boasts of a multi-storey garage that can house 168 cars, a spa, several swimming pools, a yoga studio, nine elevators in the lobby alone, in-hose vehicle maintenance, three helipads, a luxurious ballroom, a 50-seater private movie theatre and hanging gardens.

Lakshmi Mittal’s Kensington Palace Gardens

Lakshmi Mittal’s Kensington Palace Gardens — The Chairman and CEO of Arcelor Mittal lives at Kensington Palace Gardens, a place nicknamed London's ‘billionaire's row’, thanks to neighbors like Roman Abramovich and Len Blavatnik.

Mittal also owns another property on Palace Green in Kensington which he reportedly bagged for 117 million pounds back in 2008. That was the most expensive home in Britain at that time. The 12-bedroom palatial accommodation was bought for Mittal's son Aditya. However, the family never moved into the new home.

Chairman Shashi Ruia and Vice Chairman Ravi Ruia who head this huge business empire have homes in Mumbai, London and a farm house in Gujarat. Their 2.24 acre property at Tees January Marg is spread was reportedly brought at a whopping Rs 92 Crores.

John Nash Mansion

John Nash Mansion — The Hindujas reportedly spent around £100 million on a palatial home near Queen Elizabeth’s iconic Buckingham Palace. While it was bought in a dilapidated state from the British monarchy back in 2006, the Hindujas left no stone unturned to restore the 70,000 square feet nineteenth-century property.

Custom-built by King George IV in the 1820s, the palace is estimated to feature among the costliest homes of the world. It has six floors, over 50 spacious rooms, a swimming pool and a private cinema hall. It was designed by John Nash with typical English architecture with a dash of Indian art.

Singhania's Mansion — The JK House is a 30-storied mansion that houses Gautam Singhania - the owner of the Raymond Group. Located in Breach Candy in South Mumbai, the property allows breathtaking views of the sea. Of course the usually features you’d expect in such a property are there – multi-level car parking facility, private swimming pool, gym with spa, helipad, and a museum floor that is home to the jade collection of Singhania.

Vikram Chatwal's Manhattan Bachelor Pad — Vikram Chatwal, a well-known hotelier owns a bachelor pad in Manhattan, New York. It was bought in 2010 for around $6 million, and was furnished with another $2 million with Hilary Swank's decorator Mark Zeff.
At one floor Chatwal has fitted a ‘wall of self-realization’. He has framed press clippings and photographs with him and his father with heads of state like Bill Clinton there. There is also a mirrored wall with built-in TVs inspired by the sleekness of Chatwal's 150-foot yacht, Fathom.

YES Bank CEO – Rana Kapoor — YES Bank CEO and Managing Director Rana Kapoor bought a property on Tony Altamount Road in Mumbai for Rs 128 Crores. The building on a third of an acre plot sits right next to Mukesh Ambani's Antilla. The posh neighborhood boasts of homes of some of India's richest in business- Ambani and Kumar Mangalam Birla.
