Auto companies in India are putting special emphasis on car technology, in car entertainment systems and apps. Volkwagen India has launched a new service app for its customers called the Volkswagen Service India.
This is one of its kind app from the German auto giant that will tell the VW customers various things. For starters it will educate the drivers on what each indicator on the dashboard suggests. The app will also tell labour charges on your next service, manage road side assistance and emergency contact details.
Users can also book atest drive via the app. A good feature if you ask us. This will enable a potential buyer to quickly call for a test car at a push of a button. Moreover, current set of VW owners in India can also send queries to the company and get them answered swiftly.
